Oba leki zawierają tę samą substancję czynną - oksazepam - w dawce 10 mg. Przypiski "Espefa" i "GSK" oznaczają producenta i nie wskazują na żadne szczególne właściwości leku. Oba produkty są odpowiednikami i mogą być stosowane zamiennie. Mają analogiczne wskazania. Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia nie można wykazać różnicy w działaniu.
