Nie znajduję informacji pozwalających powiązać stosowanie leku Lucetam z brakiem miesiączki lub opóźnieniem wystąpienia miesiączki. Ze względu na mechanizm działania leku taki efekt wydaje się mało prawdopodobny, chociaż nie wszystkie działania niepożądane są opisane w ulotce, szczególnie jeśli są bardzo rzadkie.
Jeśli nie wystąpiła w spodziewanym terminie miesiączka, a jest Pani osobą aktywną seksualnie, to w pierwszej kolejności należałoby wykonać test ciążowy.
