Na napisała Pani, jaki dokładnie preparat ma Pani na myśli. Jak rozumiem chodzi o mleko modyfikowane. U dziecka w wieku 7 tygodni optymalne jest karmienie piersią, a jeśli nie jest to możliwe - w sprawie wyboru preparatu mlekozastępczego najlepiej poradzić się pediatry lub położnej. Prawidłowo dobrane mleko, podawane w odpowiedniej ilości, nie powinno powodować spadku wagi, ale prawidłowy przyrost masy ciała dziecka.
