Is there an interaction between Baclofen, Skudexa, Depratal and Akoneuro?

Good morning, Due to severe back pains, I received a new prescription from a neurologist. The doctor is on leave and I do not know if the drugs can actually be combined. Namely, I have to take in the morning Depratal 30 mg, Baclofen 10 mg, akoneuro and skudexa 1/2 tablet. In the evening only baclofen , akoneuro and skudexa 1/2 tablet . From what I've read, depratal and baclofen can interact. And in addition, I take magnesium with potassium and vitamin d3. Is it possible to combine all this? Best regards

Dzień Dobry,

Tak, między lekami zachodzą interakcje.

Baclofen / Skudexa - ryzyko zaburzeń oddechowych oraz
Depratal / Skudexa - nasilenie działania Tramadolu zawartego w Skudexie - ryzyko wystąpienia drgawek, wzrost ciśnienia krwi, kołatania serca.

Każdy przypadek należy traktować indywidualnie. Dawki Skudexy jakie Pan przyjmuje są niewielkie, dlatego też jest mniejsze ryzyko wystąpienia powyższych działań niepożądanych.
