What can I use for a thick runny nose if I take Acard?

I am after pulmonary embolism I am currently taking acard 75 mg 1 x a day the doctor prescribed me Bromelan because I have a thick runny nose and it is hard for me to have a car accident on Saturday So today is a week since the accident Sometimes when I get up I have a feeling of clogged ears I took 1 tabletyke on an empty stomach before yesterday I felt how well it worked but I read that this drug intensifies the effect of acard What can I take to help myself and not get upset with I will hurt myself please advice inhalation also tried again please advice and greet I know that a lot of people ask and have a problem during the infection who take drugs for thinning

Zastosowanie preparatu Bromelan wspomaga prawidłowe funkcjonowanie zatok przynosowych. Po konsultacji z lekarzem może być stosowany podczas kuracji lekiem Acard. Zachęcam do zastosowania się do zaleceń lekarskich. W przypadku wystąpienia niepokojących objawów zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym.

W przypadku gęstego kataru może Pani bezpiecznie stosować inhalacje z soli fizjologicznej. Może Pani również zastosować wody morskie na zatkany nos, jak np.:
