Jeden z proponowanych schematów leczenia Helicobacter pylori zakłada równoczesne stosowanie antybiotyku z amoksycyliną (np. Duomox) oraz lewofloksacyną (np. Levoxa). Dodatkowo powinien być stosowany lek zmniejszający wydzielanie kwasu żołądkowego z grupy inhibitorów pompy protonowej jak m.in. pantoprazol (np. IPP).
