Niestety nie rozumiem pytania, ponieważ pasożytów się nie leczy - żadnym lekiem. Leczy się człowieka, który może być zarażony pasożytami. Celem jest pozbycie się ich z organizmu.
Nie podała Pani nazwy leku o który Pani pyta, ani nazwy pasożyta. Nie jestem więc w stanie sprawdzić mechanizmu działania i odpowiedzieć szerzej. Leki przeciwpasożytnicze powodują na ogół śmierć pasożyta - robaka i jego wydalenie.
