Jeśli jest taka konieczność, to można zażywać Neurovit wieczorem, jednak proponuję, aby zrobić to po podwieczorku lub po kolacji popijając niewielką ilością płynu.
Wchłanianie witaminy B1 zmniejszane jest przez herbatę.
