Nie zaleca się połączenia leków Levetiracetam z Hydroxyzinum lub Levetiracetam z prometazyną, gdyż leki te mogą nasilać swój hamujący wpływ na ośrodkowy układ nerwowy.

W związku z tym, podczas ich przyjmowania może dojść do nasilonych skutków ubocznych tj. nadmiernej senności, uspokojenia, bezsenności, nerwowości, nadmiernego pobudzenia, zaburzenia koncentracji czy zaburzeń ruchowych.

Jeżeli leki zostały przepisane przez różnych lekarzy, konieczna jest konsultacja z nimi celem ustalenia, czy leki te mogą być jednocześnie stosowane. Jeśli tak, lekarz może ustalić inne zalecenia odnośnie sposobu ich stosowania.

W przypadku, gdy leki zaordynował jeden lekarz, proszę przestrzegać schematu ich dawkowania.
