Can Erdomed cause diarrhea?

Witam.Jestem after Covidzie from a positive test 13 days. I do not have hot saturation dobraa and ne I also have shortness of breath. For coughing takes erdomed 2 times daily from 4 days. I got a slight diarrhea. Could this be the cause of this medicine?
