Does the gray coloration at the end of the labia indicate an intimate infection?

In general, I have such a very strange question, I wonder if I have vaginal infections because if from nwm probably 2 years I have on one side of the labia "asymmetry", and at the end of this lip such a gray as if dirt but it makes me wonder because I wash regularly and do not feel too much discomfort. As I press on this lip, there are such white skins inside. I did not say this to my mother because I am terribly ashamed and nwm what is it as if someone could help me i would be very grateful.
