Nie powinno się równocześnie stosować leku Cinnarizinum Aflofarm i leku Imovane, chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zalecił inaczej. W takim przypadku leki należy zażywać zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza prowadzącego i w ustalonych przez niego odstępach czasu.

Obydwa leki wpływają hamująco na układ nerwowy i mogą wzajemnie nasilać swoje działanie uspokajające. Zwiększa to ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych preparatów takich jak np. senność czy trudności z koncentracją:
