Is it possible to combine roticox and sirdalud?

Hello, can I take roticox 90 mg (1 tab in the morning) with sirdalud 4 mg (1 tab evening)? Roticox to the end of the package 28 tab.(is it safe?) The reason: discopathy with a hernia of the disc. Is there no objection if I finished taking vitamin PP 5 days earlier?

Roticox i Sirdalud to leki wydawane na receptę, zatem można przyjmować je razem tylko wtedy, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi i tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń:
