Nie ma przeciwwskazań to jednoczesnego stosowania leków Paxtin i Mesopral, jeśli zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza, lub jeśli lekarze przepisujący te preparaty byli poinformowani o tym, jakie inne leki pacjent już zażywa, na jakie dodatkowe schorzenia cierpi. Leki należy przyjmować tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z tych zaleceń.
