Tak, Concor 2,5 mg może obniżyć ciśnienie. Jak bardzo może obniżyć, tego nie jestem w stanie stwierdzić, bowiem zależy to od danego przypadku zdrowotnego.
Nie do końca też wiem, co dokładnie ma Pan/Pani na myśli pod pojęciem "za bardzo".
