What SPF 50+ cream for couperose skin should I use?

Please advice on how to choose a cream with a filter 50 + for couperose skin, I mention that I treat vascular and motor erythema. I have been prescribed two creams by a dermatologist: Solantre and Rozex, while I had to buy the sunscreen myself. The one I bought is not suitable. Please indicate a good cream because as I come out the skin on the neck and neckline is fiery red

Przede wszystkim krem z filtrem powinna Pani kupić w aptece. Ważne jest także, aby krem chronił zarówno przed promieniowaniem UVA, jak i UVB. Oznaczenie SPF 50 dotyczy wyłącznie promieniowania UVB. Dobry dermokosmetyk powinien mieć oznaczenie UVA w kółku. Przy Pani problemach dermatologicznych, wskazana jest ochrona także przed promieniowaniem IR-A, czyli bliską podczerwienią. Ten rodzaj promieniowania sprzyja angiogenezie, czyli powstawaniu nowych naczynek.
