Biseptol does not contain gluten.
In addition, I would like to add that the Association of European Celiac Societies (AOECS) has issued a statement stating that 'All medicines available in the European Union can be considered safe for people with celiac disease. Exceptions are made in individual cases of people with particular hypersensitivity to wheat."
