Can I take Escitalopram at 5:30 a.m. during the week and 8:30 a.m. on the weekend?
I have a question, can escitalopram be taken in the morning during the week at 5:30 am and at the weekend at 8:30 am? Does it matter or does it have to be strictly at the same time every day?

Escitalopram should be taken at a similar time each day, not necessarily at exactly the same time. In my opinion, the use of the drug on weekends 3 hours later than usual is not contraindicated and will not have a significant impact on the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.
