Can I use Amlod-Valsa-HCTZ instead of Triplixam?

Hello
I'm using Triplixam 5mg+1.25mg+5mg tablets, which are already running out. I want to use the local health service (USA) before I go back to Polish And after the visit the doctor suggested to take Amlod-Valsa-Hctz 5-160-12,5MG So I have a question whether these pills are a suitable substitute or maybe look for something else or rather hold off and take the old ones when I come back. Thank you for contributing Slawek

It is not a substitute for Triplixam. Switching to Amlod-Valsa-HCTZ can lead to fluctuations in blood pressure and too much drops.

It may be worth asking your doctor for a medication that contains - perindoprilum 5 mg, indapamidum 1.25 mg and amlodipine 5 mg or 3 separate medications with these ingredients in doses as in Triplixam.
