How to take Rutinoscorbin?

Hello!

I would like to know exactly how to take Rutinoscorbin.

Immediately after eating a meal, e.g. dinner?
During a meal, i.e. eat, take a pill, keep eating? A few hours after a meal? And if so, how many hours exactly? Is it totally overdone?

The medications I take are Rupaller and Emanera.

Rutinoscorbin can be used at any time and regardless of meals. It is best to take it in the morning and then during the day in smaller doses, as it only lasts in the blood for a few hours.
