Is it possible to stop Sulfasalazine after 10 days?

It is not recommended to stop sulfasalazine abruptly without consulting a doctor. Sulfasalazine is a medicine mainly used to treat inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Abruptly stopping this medicine can have various consequences, including worsening of the symptoms of the disease or recurrence of inflammation. Please consult your doctor before deciding to stop taking this medicine.
