Can I increase the doses of Heviran Comfort and use it like Heviran Comfort Max, i.e. every 12 hours?

Currently, with herpes from the first day of its appearance I started taking Heviran Comfort (1 tablet is 200 mg of acyclovir, 1 tablet 5 times a day every 4 hours). Now I'm in the middle of the second day. If I feel good, can I increase the dose to the same as with Heviran Max (1 tablet is 400 mg of acyclovir, 1 tablet 2 times a day every 12 hours)? It is sometimes troublesome to take 5 doses.
