Will the side effects after starting Mirtazapine pass?
Hello, I have been taking mirtazapine every day for a week for sleep at a dose of 30 mg, previously for a month 15 mg together with diazepam. Diazepam was gradually discontinued by increasing the dose of mirtazapine. Side effects are lack of sleep, fatigue, emptiness in the head. Will these symptoms pass?

Yes, these symptoms should disappear within 2-3 weeks. If they persist or worsen, you should report it to your doctor. He will decide on further proceedings.
