Can I use Risatriptan and Trittico CR 150mg?

Good morning. Can using Trittico CR 150 and Rizstriptan 10 mg for migraines harm me? I read in the leaflets that combining these drugs can cause health problems. My psychiatrist says I can't use these drugs at the same time, and the neurologist doesn't see a problem. I am asking for an expert opinion.

The drugs contain in their composition Rhizotriptan and Trazodone. Using both drugs at the same time can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which threatens the occurrence of serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. If the drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage regimen, and keep at least 3-5 hours between preparations. In the event of vomiting, headaches and dizziness, fever, high blood pressure, convulsions, hallucinations, chills, sweating, impaired coordination of movements, anxiety, hyperactivity or other disturbing symptoms - prompt medical attention is necessary and then medication should be discontinued immediately.
