How long can menstruation last after Duphaston?

Good morning, After giving birth I had very irregular periods, two in total which lasted over 3 weeks and were quite abundant. It was assigned to me Duphaston, before giving birth I also took it so much that the difference is that now I just pour menstruation. how long after Duphaston does menstruation last? Today is the 4th day and practically the end is not in sight..
