Unfortunately, I did not find a probiotic that would combine all these strains. Enterococcus faecalis is not a probiotic strain. Bacteriocin, a fermentation product of Enterococcus faecalis SL5, is still in clinical trials and is not available for pharmacy sale. A very good choice for acne therapy will be Sanprobi Barrier. The strains of microorganisms contained in the preparation have been particularly well tested and their beneficial effects on the human body have been confirmed. Selected bacterial strains have the ability to strengthen the stability of the natural intestinal barrier and limit its permeability in the course of inflammatory processes. I attach a detailed description of the preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95137/sanprobi-barrier-kapsulki/apteki Lactobacillus rhamnosus (SP1) is also found in the composition of the probiotic Trilac Plus: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/79915/trilac-plus-kapsulki/apteki
