Is it possible to combine Amitriptyline and Debretin?

I got from the doctor Amitryptyline in a dose of 10 mg per night for irritable bowel syndrome and Debretin 2x 100 mg, whether it is possible to combine both preparations because I found information that both drugs used together can increase the depressive effect on the nervous system. (Trimembutin + Amitriptyline)

According to the information available in the Summary of Product Characteristics of these products, Amitriptyline and Debretin can be combined with each other, if so recommended by the doctor, there is no information about the severity of the depressive effect on the CNS.
