Due to the fact that mucolytic drugs (also Pecto Drill) can damage the gastric mucosa, it should be used with caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease. If there are currently no active erosions, you can use this syrup. If you experience nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.
