Yes, you can wash your face with mint infusion. The solution should be cooled. Menthol (one of the active substances contained in peppermint leaves) used externally has an anesthetic, astringent and firming effect. Mint cools, refreshes and stimulates the skin, narrows blood vessels, thereby reducing redness. It is worth making a test on a small area of skin. Mint can be irritating, so avoid washing the eye area. If irritation occurs, the use of mint should be stopped.
