Baclofen can be used together with Duomox. Between drugs, there may or may not be a minor interaction involving a reduction in the rate of excretion of amoxicillin (the active substance of Duomox) from the body. In order to avoid this side effect, it is necessary to keep about 4 hours between taking Baclofen and Duomox.
