Is it possible to combine Polyvaccinum mite with Dicortineff?

Is it possible to combine Polyvaccinum mite (15 days to the end of a 3-month course of treatment) with Dicortineff when inflammation of the nose appeared in a 6-year-old child (yellow runny nose)? Please inform me and thank you in advance?

Polyvaccinum mite is a vaccine in the form of nasal drops that contains inactivated bacteria. Local administration of antibiotics (contained in Dicortineff drops) to the nasal mucosa during treatment may potentially result in its weakening. Initially, it is worth trying other ways to get a runny nose in a child (more here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/katar-u-dziecka), and if it does not go away, go to a consultation with the attending physician.
