Is one inhalation 1 capsule of Miflonide?

Good morning, with covid I got to use the drug miflonide 2 x 2 inhalations. Is one inhalation 1 capsule and should I repeat twice using a total of 4 capsules a day?

Yes, one inhalation means that the contents of one capsule of the drug must be inhaled. If you have to take two inhalations twice a day, it means that you will use 4 capsules a day. Inhaled budesonide (the active ingredient in the drug Miflonide) in case of diagnosis of COVID-19 is used at a dose of 800 mcg 2 times a day. There is no drug in a dose of 800 mcg, hence to achieve it it is possible to recommend taking two capsules of 400 mcg.
