As a pharmacist, I am not able to answer your question whether the symptoms will pass after using these drugs - I do not know all your symptoms or accompanying diseases. I can only refer to the medicines you are using. Mydocalm is a muscle relaxant, but in some patients it can cause dizziness. How long have you been using this medicine? Did you inform the doctor about it when you reported dizziness and noise? Nilogrin is a medicine that improves blood flow within the brain, so it can reduce tinnitus and dizziness. Betaserc gives similar effects, but it has a slightly different mode of action. Have all the medicines you use been ordered by one doctor? How long have you been using them? Do you see an improvement? As you can see, there are many variables on which the answer depends. Below are the leaflets of the medicines you mentioned: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53350/nilogrin-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10486/betaserc-tabletki/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10486/betaserc-tabletki/ulotka
