It is known that atypical neuroleptics such as amisulpiride in low doses act activating dopamine... amisulpiride is used at a dose of 50-300 mg for activation. If we use a dose lower than 50 mg or 25 mg, will the activation be even greater and there will be much more dopamine in the brain than at 50 mg or is such a low dose already "undetectable" for the body? Best regards

In the therapeutic characteristics of individual preparations containing amisulpride, the effect of a dose of less than 50 mg on the therapeutic activity of the drug, including m.in effect on the concentration of dopamine in the central nervous system, is not given. Due to the emerging determination of the lowest effective dose in relation to the 50 mg dose, it is suggested that lower doses prevent the therapeutic concentration of the active substance in the blood from being reached, which results in a lack of effectiveness of the treatment used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/amisulpryd
