Is it possible to use Formetic and Piramil at the same time?

I take Euthyrox N25 1x in the morning 1h before meals. The doctor prescribed me Piramil 2.5mg 1x daily and Formetic 0.5g 2x daily. Can I combine Piramil and Formetic in the morning.

The concomitant use of ramipril (Pyramil) and metformin (Formetic) may potentiate the effects of metformin, which can lead to too low blood sugar levels. If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, they can be taken together, but you should pay attention to the presence of symptoms that may indicate low blood sugar, including headache, feeling hungry, weakness, dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, sweating, confusion. It is advisable to use metformin medicines (e.g. Formetic) during or immediately after a meal.
