It all depends on the indications for the use of drugs. e.g. in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, treatment may last 1 cycle: "Abnormal uterine bleeding: if treatment is started to stop bleeding, 20 mg or 30 mg of didrogesterone per day for up to 10 days should be administered." for the treatment of infertility - at least 3 months.
