The manufacturer does not provide information on whether it is possible to use these drops in children. It is true that they do not contain preservatives, but in the composition you can find extracts of aloe and chamomile, which in some people can cause an allergic reaction. For this reason, a safer choice for a 2-year-old may be moisturizing drops without these ingredients, e.g. Hyal-Drop Multi or Hylo Comod.
