Is it possible to combine suplemnt with chlorella and oregano oil?
Good morning I got from a nutritionist supplements Chlorella super alga I have after breakfast 3 tablets for biad super enzymes and super alga 3 tablets, and after dinner Biochelat copper zinc magnesium My question is whether I can take oregano oil for every meal with these supplements, because I did not ask the nutritionist. Thank you

Although the available information shows that oregano oil does not interact with chlorella, copper, zinc or magnesium, it should be borne in mind that such a combination increases the risk of gastrointestinal disorders, e.g. diarrhea. If abdominal pain or diarrhea occurs during therapy, the oil should be discontinued.
