Can Zincteral be taken on an empty stomach?

I have enrolled from a Zincteral dermatologist. In the leaflet it is written that you need either 1 hour before meals or 2 after. Can I take it in the morning after waking up 1 hour before breakfast or is it harmful on an empty stomach. Can I use other vitamins capivit a+e, d3, B complex at the same time?

Zinc can cause stomach problems, so it would be best not to take it on an empty stomach. Some recommendations say that it is worth taking zinc until hours. 18:00, so you can take it, e.g. 1 hour before afternoon tea/dinner.
