Can I change the time of antibiotic zinnat, my daughter got the first dose at 1 p.m. and the second should she at 1 a.m. or can I speed up at 10 p.m.?

No, you cannot speed up the administration of Zinnat from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I propose to carry out such a change gradually, e.g. administer the medicine today at midnight, tomorrow before noon at 11:00 and at 23:00, and only the day after tomorrow at 10:00 and 22:00.
