According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, one of the common side effects of Zotral is muscle pain: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30634/flunarizinum-wzf-tabletki/ulotka/71933 I do not find information in the medical literature on weakness or tiredness. If you are concerned about the effect of the drug, it is best to talk about it with the attending physician familiar with your health condition in detail. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
