Tianesal does not work immediately. From the moment of taking the drug, it must take 1-2 hours for the drug to start working. So I wouldn't associate these symptoms with the effect of the drug. This sounds like a reflex reaction, some patients have it after the first administration of any substance. The full effect of Tianesal will be visible after 2-4 weeks of regular use, so you should still wait for the proper effects. In the first weeks of treatment, side effects may be more visible, which does not mean that all or even selected side effects listed in the leaflet of the preparation will occur in you. Please note that the leaflet of the drug only gives a statistical probability of the occurrence of a given side effect, but does not allow to determine whether a particular effect will occur in a given person. Please do not stop the drug on your own, if something worries you, I encourage you to consult your doctor.
