Emanera should be used as directed by your doctor. It can be used on an empty stomach or together with a meal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26933/emanera-kapsulki/ulotka/171410 Most often it is recommended to use the preparation in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals.
