What to use for a stinging sore throat?

Good morning, this morning I was awakened by a very stinging sore throat similar to laryngitis. I measured the fever and it was 37.1 but after taking the ibuprom it is 36.7.I have no other symptoms besides hoarseness associated with it. Please answer what to do in this wypaxku (I'm weakened)

Na silny ból gardła stosować można preparaty o działaniu przeciwbakteryjnym i odkażającym np. w postaci roztworu do płukania gardła

oraz środki do ssania o działaniu znieczulającym
