Will Sumamed suspension weaken the child? How do we store the finished suspension?

I have a few questions about the drug Sumamed: my son is weakened, i.e. he is 36 or even 35.7 degrees, the doctor prescribed us an antibiotic or will it weaken it more? And whether I mix the antbiotic solution is immediately the whole . And do you have to keep it in the fridge or will nothing happen in peace conditions?
