The child was enrolled Nebbud and Berodual, now he snores and gurgles. What can I use?

Hi My son is 6 years old for a few days ie from 5 is treated with steroids nebbud and beredual only very snores and bubbles as if he had somewhere secretion but he does not flow and I will add that he has 3 almonds what I can give my son to breathe better at night because he is terribly furczy in this nose I do not know what to do please help.

Można dodatkowo zastosować lek rozrzedzający wydzielinę (na rynku dostępnych jest wiele preparatów). Dobrym rozwiązaniem może okazać się inhalacja z hipertonicznego roztworu soli fizjologicznej w ciągu dnia. Nebulizacja spowoduje upłynnienie wydzieliny.
Na noc można zastosować krople do nosa z Xylometazoliną, które udrożnią nos. Powinny polepszyć jakość snu. Zachęcam do kontaktu z pediatrą, aby upewnić się, że infekcja nie zaostrzyła się.
