What to use for ear and sinus pain?

Hello. Yesterday my head was tightly wrapped in my head hurt terribly in the evening as if it was pulsating and going down the stairs caused worse pain. Today all day a terrible runny nose until my ears are clogged. What good can I take to help me.

Jest wiele preparatów dostępnych bez recepty, które mogą być pomocne w zapaleniu zatok.
