Is it possible to use Mucosolvan inhalations for a wet cough?

Good morning, I would like to ask if you can take inhalations from mucosolvan for a wet cough that is even strong? I ask because the doctor told me that mucosolvan will only harm, because it is for bronchitis, etc. And I took mucosolvan and saline from a small age for a wet cough and after 4 days I was healthy. :)

Mucosolvan zawiera ambroksol - substancję o działaniu wykrztuśnym. Zwiększa on wydzielanie śluzu w drogach oddechowych i poprawia czynność rzęsek nabłonka układu oddechowego, co w rezultacie będzie nasilać odruch kaszlu po zastosowaniu, ale umożliwi szybsze pozbycie się zalegającej wydzieliny i szybsze jego złagodzenie.

Podsumowując, lek ten bezpośrednio po zastosowaniu będzie nasilać kaszel, jednak może pomóc w szybszym jego wyleczeniu.
