Pierwszą tabletkę z kolejnego blistra należy przyjąć po 7 dniowej przerwie - jeden cykl to 21 tabletek i 7 dni przerwy - czyli 28 dni - w 29 dniu należy przyjąć tabletkę z nowego opakowania - wówczas rozpoczyna się kolejny 28-dniowy cykl.
Nowy blister należy rozpocząć niezależnie od zaobserwowanego krwawienia.
