How long does Osagrand last in my body?

Good morning, I am concerned so I am very keen on answers. I took Osagrand - one tablet once a month. It lasted about a year. A year passed without Osagrand tablets, I came across a gum transplant procedure. There, in an interview, I met with the question whether I took drugs from the group of biophosphonates. I was informed that after taking a gum clipping, gangrene could form and the procedure was refused. I have healthy teeth but the lower ones have a visible fragment of the root.
